Hard Rock Hotel Bristol, located in Virginia’s historic Twin City, is a landmark destination blending the brand’s iconic energy with Southern hospitality. The hotel features bold design elements, music-inspired spaces, and premium amenities across its public and private areas. The design team sought commercial-grade fixtures that could withstand heavy use without compromising on aesthetics; a balance that became critical for the public shower areas throughout the property.

Terentti supplied the AMA Luxury Shower Hera 1520 model for select public areas, including locker rooms and wellness facilities. This Italian-made column delivers durable performance and minimalist design, aligned with the hotel’s aesthetic and functional needs.

Early in the process, the project team required a sleek, durable shower column that could withstand constant use and exposure to moisture without compromising looks or feel. We worked closely with the client to evaluate multiple options, ultimately recommending the Hera 1520 for its marine-grade stainless steel, anti-limescale nozzles, and thermostatic controls. By guiding the selection process based on performance, durability, and budget, we helped the design team make an informed decision that aligned with Hard Rock’s standards.

Thanks to our in-house logistics network and direct coordination with customs brokers, all units arrived in the U.S. from Italy without delays or last-minute complications. We handled the export process from Italy, import to the U.S., and domestic shipping to the project site, ensuring zero disruptions to the construction timeline.

Our team remained available during the installation phase to guide the plumbing contractor on proper mounting and water connections. Once installed, we followed up to ensure everything functioned as expected and to provide care recommendations for long-term performance, particularly in high-traffic areas.
